2. Products
We sell printed artwork and wall prints.
We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to monitor settings, lighting conditions and the printing process.
Frames, props and accessories shown in product photographs are for display purposes only unless otherwise stated.
3. Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
6. Production & Dispatch
All prints are made to order.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.
During busy periods, processing times may be longer.
7. Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 7 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be:
Unused
Undamaged
In their original condition
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear Photographs of the item and packaging
Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, logos, graphics and content displayed on this website remain the property of Bringin the Vibes.

Sell
Use our artwork for commercial purposes
without prior written permission.
The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright ownership.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bringin the Vibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
