3. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.

4. In your email, tell us:

   • A photograph of the item, toy or object if you have one. This helps us create an illustration that best matches your child's memory. If you don't have a photo, simply describe it and we'll do our best to create a beautiful illustration.
